To get any infant ticket issued , the age of infant must be below 2 yrs and Make sure they have valid proof-of-age documents when they're checking in, and remember that infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult.To avail of infant fares, the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you're booking. If the age of infant is 24 or above then you need to book a separate booking as a child.

It is mandatory to carry a government issued photo identification (ID) proof along with the E-Ticket copy. The same is verified by the airport security as well as the airline at the check in counter. On presenting your photo ID proof and E-Ticket copy, your boarding pass will be issued. For international flights, your passport is the only valid photo ID proof that will be accepted. In case of an infant travelling, it is mandatory to carry the birth certificate of the infant along with the ticket.

An E-Ticket is a form of paperless ticket where an airline issues a unique number that you can use for travel. After booking your ticket, you can take print out of e-ticket and bring it with you - along with a valid photo ID - to the airline counter when checking in for your flight.

Bookeasytrip doesn't do pre-seating. Some airlines will confirm your seat assignments - their rules for doing so vary - so call your airline directly to check whether you get to choose your seat.

In case of cancellation , airlines cancellation charges would be applicable and it will depend on the class of booking. Apart from Airlines cancellation charges Bookeasytrip service fee of 250/- will also applicable on per person per sector.
Following are the cancellation penalty for Domestic Airlines.

Your amount will credited in the same account which you used while booking. For example, if you used your credit card, we will make an appropriate charge reversal. If you used your debit card, we will credit the money back to the debit card.

We usually process the credit card refund within 4 working days of cancellation. However, it may take slightly longer to reflect in your account statement depending upon your bank and in case of Net Banking your refund will process in your account with in seven working days.

An amendment is a fancy word for a change in your travel plan. You can change the date or time (or both) of your travel; you cannot, however, change the sector(s) on which you're already booked.
